My formative years in commercial property were working for a leading commercial property creative company, Looking Glass Design. It is during this period where the vision (and need) for helping commercial property agents grew. I now run the market-leading CRM for the commercial property sector and lead a team of 20+ devoted to our mission: empower agents with our technology and services to thrive in the transforming commercial property industry.
I joined as technical co-founder back in 2016 when Michael was looking to take AgentsInsight to the next level. Since then we've re-built and re-launched the platform to be enterprise ready and nimble enough to continually optimise it to keep up with the ever changing demands of the industry. Key to our success has been: keeping it simple and shipping updates every week.
I have been working in the commercial property sector for fast approaching 40 years, helping commercial agents on their disposal marketing schemes, as well as their own corporate agency strategies. Since Michael joined in 2008, we have carefully and industriously built an intelligent, powerful product and service which agents can truly rely upon, giving them value every day.
With over 20 years experience in the commercial property space, as a co-founder of Screenedata and working for companies including Propex, Instant and latterly Zoopla, I joined the AgentsInsight team at the start of 2020 to help them scale the business, which, despite the ensuing pandemic, is going to plan!
I have eight years experience in Customer Success, the last three years heading up the team at AgentsInsight. During this time we have seen our customer base grow from 20 to 130+ agencies, as well as the roll out of the Office Agents Society platform, comprising over 1,500 new users.
As part of Looking Glass Design we built the initial concept - enabling agents to list properties on their website and handle enquiries.
The feature list grew, now making the product into a fully fledged Agents CRM system. We named it AgentsInsight, as insight was ultimately what we wanted to give our users.
Our customer base grew organically throughout the South East and South Coast with like-minded, forward thinking customers.
Testament to our user focused product was JLL taking it on as their core Agency workflow tool for all their teams across the UK.
A quantum leap in our technology platform and user interface. This major upgrade made us enterprise ready and meant we could move quicker with product innovations.
Our platform has been trusted by the Central London agents to power their marketplace; helping them collaborate and share local availability and demand all in one place.
Following the success of the Central London societies, we began powering the National society. Our system helps agents collaborate and share local and national availability and demand all in one place.
With 130+ agencies now on AgentsInsight, we're laser focused at ensuring our customers find the most value from our technology.
Following the success of the Office societies we are pleased to have collaborated with the IAS to bring their 950 members onto our Agents Society platform.
